Community Manager – Social Media Moderator

Join Arkage (Artattack Group) as a Community Manager – Social Media Moderator. Arkage is a post‑digital agency in Italy focused on blending online and offline experiences.

About the role

Manage and energize the organization’s digital communities on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other creator/publisher profiles. Build relationships, foster dialogue, and strengthen belonging to the mission through organic and paid initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily moderation of public comments and private messages across platforms.
  • Monitor online conversations to surface trends, sentiment and dialogue opportunities.
  • Apply AI tools for listening and analysis to improve effectiveness.
  • Update community management guidelines as platforms evolve.
  • Activate comment‑marketing strategies on partner and influencer profiles.
  • Write captions, titles and descriptions with correct tone and SEO optimisation.
  • Identify and flag potential ambassadors or spokespeople aligned with the mission.
Who you are

Experienced in managing and moderating digital communities, ideally in social‑cause or non‑profit settings. Empathetic, relationship‑oriented, with excellent written communication and an authentic, positive approach. Sharp at active listening and translating conversation data into strategic suggestions. Fast problem‑solver able to handle sensitive situations. Skilled with evolving platforms and experimenting with AI for sentiment analysis and content optimisation.

Mandatory Technical Skills
  • Proven daily management and moderation on major social platforms.
  • Excellent command of Italian and consistent tone of voice.
  • Active listening / social listening for sentiment analysis.
  • Experience writing social copy with SEO and engagement focus.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools.
  • Interest or experience using AI tools for listening or content creation.
Nice to Have
  • Qualitative audience mapping and ambassador identification.
  • Comment marketing experience for organic reach.
  • Understanding of fundraising dynamics.
  • Good knowledge of English.
