Commission based independent Luxury Jewelry Sales Agent

Capucinne is a high end fine jewelry brand known for custom engagement rings, unique gemstones and meticulous craftsmanship. We work with ethical materials, made to order pieces and clients who appreciate individuality, not mass production.

We are expanding our bussines and are looking for an experienced independent sales agent to represent Capucinne in USA and European markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for an independent sales agent who already has or can build strong relationships with

  • independent jewelry stores
  • luxury boutiques and concept stores
  • hotel and resort gift shops and galleries
  • wedding and engagement related partners

Your focus is to open new wholesale and retail accounts, grow repeat business and position Capucinne as a go-to brand for unique engagement rings and fine jewelry.

This role is fully commission-based with an attractive commission structure and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential retail and wholesale partners in USA or EU
  • Present the Capucinne brand, collections and custom possibilities in a clear and confident way
  • Secure new stockists, shop in shop placements and trunk show opportunities
  • Maintain regular follow up with existing partners and grow order volume
  • Collect feedback from stores and clients and share it with our HQ team
  • Coordinate with our team on samples, lookbooks, training and marketing material
  • Represent the brand at relevant local events or trade opportunities where appropriate

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in fine jewelry or luxury fashion sales
  • Existing network of buyers or store owners is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable selling higher price point products and explaining craftsmanship and gemstones
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, you work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
