A leading medical technology company seeks a Commercial Insights Lead to drive data analysis and performance insights for the Peripheral Interventions Southern Cluster. Location: in our offices in either Milan or Madrid, on a hybrid working schedule (3 days/week in the office + 2 days/week working from home).
As the Commercial Insights Lead for the Peripheral Interventions (PI) Southern Cluster, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that directly impact business decisions and performance. By partnering with country teams, you will simplify complexity, uncover growth opportunities, and support teams through transformational change. This role is critical to enabling strategic, data-driven decision-making across the cluster and ensuring our local teams have the insights they need to thrive.
You will report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, EMEA PI, and work closely with cluster and country leadership. You will support and lead central and local initiatives, localize implementation of programs, and enhance analytics tools that are tightly connected to business results. This includes supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 3-Year Strategic Plan (3YP).
