Competenze

YOUR ROLE
  • Cluster coordination
  • Filters and consolidates business reports
  • Help preparing presentations
  • Align office administration policies
  • Interface with finance managers and sales directors
  • Interface with HQ procurement on travel tools and reports
  • Sales meetings and cluster seminars organization
  • General services
  • Reception, switchboard, couriers
  • Maintenance, office supplies management
  • Meeting rooms management
  • Support to marketing
  • Support marketing dept on main events (SIRM, SERAM, etc)
  • Back up of marketing assistant
  • Main interface with SIRM and SERAM secretariats
  • Back office tasks
  • Creates PR/PO
  • Month end operations
  • Liaison with SSC in Prague for vendors management
  • Interface with HQ procurement
YOUR BACKGROUND
  • Experience in agenda management and accommodation
  • Mother tongue Italian. Very good level in English.
  • Spanish knowledge is a plus
