You can join the Sales & Marketing Team as a Sales and Clinical Specialist providing technical support to Medical Devices & Diagnostic product sales of new and established accounts. Cooperates with marketing to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration in the Neurovascular sector. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

You will be responsible for the sales and clinical support in the Triveneto area: Veneto Friuli Venezia-Giulia Trentino Alto Adige.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provides technical support to physicians nurses and other medical professionals on company products and services.

  • Making sales presentations to customers.

  • Demonstrates proper use of products to customers.

  • Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather company product information and market conditions.

  • Evaluates diagnoses and repairs malfunctioning equipment in response to service calls.

  • Provides technical support for upgrades and other special service programs to support activities.

  • Develops customer and product focused technical packages.

  • Provides technical analysis and documents as required. Follows up with customers to resolve any issues of using products and ensure satisfaction.

  • Facilitates understanding of clinical trial data.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor20 3s degree is required; a master E2 80 B EA s degree is preferred in biomedical engineering, technical medicine or similar.

  • Experience within the medical device field or neurovascular is a plus.

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships quickly.

  • Capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders.

  • Self-disciplined, organized and able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives.

  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a demanding role.

  • Team player and independent thinker.

  • Ability to positively influence thinking, behavior and gain commitment.

  • Trained to apply advanced Microsoft package skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Driving license
