Overview

At dentsu we are looking for a Client Service Director to join our team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management and Relationship Building: Foster senior-level relationships, promoting trust, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Coordinate and motivate the team, encouraging growth, cross-functional collaboration (creative, media, CXM), and an open teaming approach.
  • Business Growth: Identify and promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities, offering integrated and high-value solutions.
  • Strategic Vision and Innovation: Translate strategies into concrete projects, collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective and relevant solutions for clients.
  • Sustainability and Social Impact: Propose and develop projects that contribute to inclusivity, responsibility, and the common good, aligned with Dentsu Creative’s role as a Benefit Corporation, in synergy with DEI team.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure quality and precision in delivery, with attention to detail and care in execution.
  • Ethics, Diversity, and Inclusion: Promote an open and inclusive environment, valuing the perspectives of all talents.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, profitability, and margins, ensuring economic sustainability.
  • Network Representation: Embody the values of Dentsu Creative and the Dentsu Group, acting as an internal and external ambassador.
