A leading telecommunications infrastructure provider in San Giovanni Teatino is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to manage cybersecurity and support digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will define security strategies, oversee IT infrastructure, and drive technological innovation while ensuring compliance with international standards. Applicants should have a Master’s in Computer Engineering, be fluent in English, and possess extensive experience in structured companies. Strong communication and strategic skills are essential for this key role.

Competenze

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Extensive experience in large, structured companies, preferably with operations across multiple locations.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Expertise in IT governance and project management.
• Experience in managing teams with multidisciplinary IT backgrounds (preferred).

Mansioni

• Define and maintain the cybersecurity strategy in line with international standards and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate risk management, compliance, and IT audit activities.
• Implement solutions for data protection, identity & access management, and incident response.
• Collaborate with operational sites to ensure consistency and alignment of security policies.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
• Continuously monitor threats and vulnerabilities, proposing corrective actions.
• Drive the company’s digital transformation and technological innovation.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, ERP, and internal applications.
• Define technological roadmaps and IT investment plans.
• Support the General Management in strategic decisions related to technology and security.
