The ideal candidate has extensive experience in insurance with a focus on regulatory compliance, excellent communication skills in Italian and English, and strong strategic planning abilities. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment in the insurance sector.

Main responsibilities

• Serve as the responsible for insurance product distribution, as required by IVASS.
• Act as the primary contact for regulatory audits and reporting requirements related to insurance as well as presentations to the Board.
• Coordinate and prepare management committee agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication and information flow across entities.
• Manage corporate communications initiatives to foster transparency and alignment across teams.
• Oversee external communication strategies to ensure consistent and professional representation of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance products with a regulatory or compliance focus.
• Full understanding of IVASS regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, or Chief of Staff-type roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, with a strategic mindset.
• Italian Mother tongue. English proficiency. French nice to have.
