Main Accountabilities

Planning, preparing, and delivering high quality English language teaching that meets the needs of different customer groups taking into account individual learning styles.

Monitoring progress and providing regular feedback to help manage students’ performance throughout the course, and actively promote learner autonomy.

Preparing and delivering Business English lessons on Soft Skills (Public Speaking, Negotiation, Interviews etc) and Sector-specific topics (HR, Finance, Legal).

Using technology during lessons when required (99% of our lessons are done in Teams).

Requirements:

Cambridge CELTA, Trinity, Cert TESOL or equivalent.

Undergraduate/University degree.

Proven experience and skills in teaching two or more of the following age groups:

Young learners aged 4 to 7.

Young learners aged 8 to 12.

Adults - General English.

Adults - Business English Communication.

Good internet connection and equipment to teach online (cam + mic + laptop).

Good knowledge of:

• Zoom /Teams
• Google Drive

Additional information:

Contract type: per hour, from part time to full time depending on the agreement.

Location: Milan (Italy) and online.

Duration: Indefinite.

Passport requirements/ Right to work in country: Valid passport / EU Identity Card.

MPEC is an ISO Certified school - we only work with Native Speakers and Bilingual Teachers who hold a valid teaching certificate.

Note : If offered the role, MPEC will ask you to prepare and deliver 1-2 sample lessons as a part of the trial period.
