A recruitment agency specializing in management roles is looking for a Business Development / Project Manager in Milan. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with a focus on project management of multifunctional projects and customer management. Responsibilities include leading CDMO projects, supporting business development, and attending international exhibitions.

Competenze

• 3-4 years of work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Experience in the injectable field or Medical Device or Food Supplement industry is preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage CDMO projects as the single point of contact with customers.
• Coordinate project activities and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Support the CCO in business development and technical evaluations.

Department

Business Development & Commercial Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer. Job Location : Milan (Italy)

Education Degree

Technical degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or other)

Work Experience

3 / 4 years of work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Professional Skills

Experience in pharma industry (with preference in injectable field) or Medical Device or Food Supplement industry; Project management of multifunctional projects; Business Development; Management of international customer; Technical background is preferrable.

Responsibilities

• Project management : Project Management for CDMO projects (Technology Transfer and new Development) being single point of contact with customers for all projects aspects; Coordinate internally project activities being PM of multidisciplinary teams, setting up and leading projects meetings and issuing Project Plans; Monitor constantly respect of timelines and costs; Provide regular updates to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Management on projects status; Support Finance for projects cost controlling; Coordinate external activities (i.e. laboratories activities) connected with Projects’ execution;
• Business Development : Management of new customers until product launch (included); Support CCO in new projects technical evaluation; Preparation of Technology Transfer and Commercial Proposals; Represent the companies in international exhibitions and congresses; Support CCO in scouting of new customers and business opportunities; Support CCO in budget proposal for new projects and products. Coordinate activities to support commercial launch of New Products;

Compensation Package

Compensation Package : Ccnl Chemical Pharmaceutical sector. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience in the role.
