You will analyze customer needs and guide them in using business analytics tools effectively. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Python and SQL. About This Vacancy

You will start by understanding the customer’s needs and current situation, both from a digital and process perspective, by outlining possible solutions and guiding customers towards adopting business analytics tools to better address their market.

What We Expect From You

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent education
• 2–3 years of experience in similar roles
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Working knowledge of common BI toolkits, such as Tableau, Qlikview
• Experience in requirements elicitation and process modeling using UML
• Experience in facilitating workshops and giving training to business audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
• Availability for occasional international business trips across Europe
• Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
