A leading beverage company in Italy is seeking a motivated Business Controller assistant for a full-time internship starting February 2026. This role involves monitoring financial data, analyzing turnover against budget, and tracking marketing and overhead budgets. The ideal candidate should have basic finance knowledge, be fluent in Italian and English, and have strong Excel skills. Today, to support our growth, we’re looking for a motivated Business Controller assistant , to join our finance team and mission.

You will work with colleagues across European teams and partner local colleagues in sales, marketing and supply chain. You will support those teams to improve the use of data, internal controls, to participate in decisions and so to contribute to innocent’s success, across Benelux and Mediterranean countries.

Integrated in the BLINI (Belgium, Luxemburg, Italy, Netherlands, Iberia) finance team, your tasks will be based around multiples focuses :

• Monitoring the accuracy of financial data in our tools together with the team;
• Following the weekly turnover, analysing gaps and identifying risks and opportunities vs. budget;
• Tracking the marketing and overheads budgets in conjunction with local teams;
• You have a basic knowledge of finance controlling, whether from studies or first professional experience;
• You love numbers and Excel has no secret for you;
• You speak Italian and English fluently;

6-month, full time internship (not an apprenticeship) starting in February 2026.

Internship based in La Casa della Frutta, Milan.
