Your missions

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Conduct analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Perform process mapping and gap analysis to propose solutions.

Analyze data using SQL, Python, or R to support decision-making.

Document business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions.

Develop user stories and business workflows and manage documentation.

Facilitate workshops and feasibility studies with cross-functional teams.

Assist project managers in defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Your profile

Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (Python or R).

Experience in business process documentation and improvement.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Experience with technical writing and documentation.

Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Fluent English. Italian is a plus.

You have an ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly.
