Offer Description

The post-doc position aims to use technological solutions for BuildAI based on the integration of BIM, artificial intelligence and predictive maintenance (PM) for intelligent BIM models, digital construction sites, predictive analysis and immersive interactions, outlining an operating ecosystem in which design, management and maintenance converge in a single intelligent platform. In this context, the assignment involves rigorous validation of the system through in-depth testing covering the entire cycle of use, from computer-aided design to predictive maintenance. Verification activities will include user acceptance testing (UAT) conducted with the involvement of professionals from the construction, facility management and industrial engineering sectors to ensure that the system meets real operational needs.
