Overview

We are currently seeking a Retail Performance Data Coordinator who will report to the Global Client Performance Director as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze various data points related to the global store network of Bottega Veneta to monitor performance of Retail KPIs
  • Act as a project manager for strategic retail performance projects
  • Share regular insights and data-driven recommendations with the different stakeholders at HQ level to influence and adapt the brand strategy
  • Maintain close and active collaboration with the Retail/Area Managers in the markets with the goal of monitoring store KPIs, identifying new business opportunities or performance gaps
  • Support the regional retail teams in monitoring the impact of their action plans
  • Work closely with Kering and Internal BV BI teams to assist in the development of new automated reports to facilitate the access to relevant KPIs for retail community
  • Support in the creation of presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Conduct regular research on industry benchmarks and luxury market trends to identify opportunities
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of previous experience in a retail business-related area
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Management, Data Science
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by effectively prioritizing multiple projects
  • Fully proficient and confident in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with BI tools for data visualization and reporting
  • Fluent in English, Italian spoken is a plus
  • Knowledge or previous experience in luxury market, CRM, ecommerce or retail area preferable
