A luxury fashion company is seeking a Product Development professional to oversee the Leather collection development. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience within the luxury fashion industry and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities include managing prototypes, compiling bills of materials, and collaborating with design teams. This full-time position in Milan offers the chance to contribute to a global luxury group committed to diversity and talent development.

Competenze

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Development within the Luxury Fashion Industry, ideally with exposure to Leather.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems is essential.

Mansioni

  • Oversee part of the Leather collection development.
  • Follow up with every attributed style and compile the bill of materials.
  • Participate in the handover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers.
  • Ensure that prototypes are delivered in time following quality standards.

How you will contribute

Oversee part of the Leather collection development within the Leather & Denim Product Development team.

Follow up with every attributed style, coding all models, compilingthe bill of materials and transfer of information to suppliers.

Participateathandover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers.

Collect information about changes, improvements during fittings and ensuretoupdate technical sheets in PLM.

Ensure that prototypes are delivered in time following ourcompanyquality standards.

Update of PLM system (data entry, amendments, updates etc.).

Be responsibleofthe correcthandover to productionof the garments.

Research special workmanships, embroideries and finishing whenrequired.

Who you are

3 - 5 years of experience inProductDevelopment within the Luxury Fashion Industry, ideally with exposure to Leather.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems is essential.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.

Effective in managing relationships with Design and Merchandising teams.

Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
