We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha and K-18. Travel required to the key Sephora stores inMadrid, with Specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.

Each day at Tatcha and K-18 are different, with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:

• Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
• Generating sell-through via selling and training
• Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
• Maximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events
• Conducting training for all stores in the region
• Performing one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis
• Staffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary

Who You Are

• Experience working with Sephora
• Training and education experience in skincare
