The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, be customer-focused, and have proficiency in MS Windows and Office. This role is full-time for a duration of 9 months, with a start date in November and a competitive salary package.

• Typing: 40 WPM, 90% accuracy.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the required support language.
