A leading semiconductor company in Campania is seeking a Back-End Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Manager responsible for driving Sales and Operations Planning processes and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, at least 8 years in industrial engineering within semiconductor manufacturing, and expertise in Lean methodologies. Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, specifically in Semiconductor back-end manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Mansioni

• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (SNOP) and Sales and Operations Execution (SNOE) processes.
• Own Local Capacity Requirement Planning (LCRP) systems for Assembly and Test & Finishing.
