B2B Digital Sales Specialist – Polylia Language Hub

We are seeking a motivated B2B Digital Sales Specialist with fluency in Italian and English to join our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting cold calls, and nurturing relationships with potential clients in the tech and digital advertising sectors.

Starting Date: 12 Jan 2026

Location: Sofia (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Monday/Friday, 09:00/18:00

Salary: 3600 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct B2B outreach, cold calling, and lead qualification.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Build long‑term relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of cold‑calling sales experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Strong understanding of business development and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Relocation Package (Sofia – 10 days)
  • Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months.
  • 10 nights in a city‑center hotel (breakfast included).
  • 1056 BGN salary advance (deducted in 3 monthly installments).
