Assistant Manager Position

  • Nurture a welcoming and fun environment for your customers and team.
  • Commit to delivering an engaging and memorable customer experience in your store and inspire your team to do the same.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools to support you and your team.
  • Continually demonstrate a commitment to driving your business.
  • Collaborate and build key relationships to accelerate store growth.
  • Demonstrate expert market awareness and use analysis to maximise trading opportunities.
  • Lead and deliver operational excellence, showing respect and consideration for people, product and your environment.
