Position Summary

We’re looking for anAssembly Coordinator in Arco (TN) Location.

The Assembly Coordinator will coordinate the department to meet challenging targets, customers expectations, new programs implementation, continuous improvement. Together with the Team Leaders of the department, defines the personnel on the lines, supervises and ensure compliance with the plant's regulations.

Lead the ongoing transformation of processes and products Support Organization Development and skills upgrade to cultivate personal professional growth

Main Responsibilities

- Manage assembly production and people.

- Ensure Operational KPIs achievement: Safety, Quality, On time delivery and productivity

- Coordinate with Logistic and Warehouse department to optimize production planning and material flow

- Work with the support of Quality department to focus on quality improvements, poka-yoke system management Cooperate with Manufacturing to improve process reliability and industrialize production line on time with new programs milestones

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through kaizen activities and cross functional projects

- Support Production Manager in managing production forecasting and assembly conversion cost control

- Ensure the compliance with all the regulations and keep high behavior standard in the department

Job Position Requirements

Education: University bachelor degree - Mechanical Engineering & Management

Professional background : Similar role in similar companies
