• Follow the prep list from the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
• Prepare food items daily in assigned area and other kitchen sections.
• Provide clean and sanitized dishes to the dining area and kitchen stations.
• Assist kitchen staff in producing menu items for guest satisfaction and profitability.
