Competenze

As an Area Sales Manager Toscana, you are passionate about creating and executing the sales strategy by developing successful long-term relationships with clients mainly based in the marvellous area of Tuscany, Umbria and Marche.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and developing the hotels' customer portfolio.
  2. Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of the local area (Tuscany, Umbria and Marche) by proactively identifying, handling, and developing local sales relationships.
  3. Assisting the business in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet set expectations.
  4. Supporting the Event Departments by identifying and securing possible sales opportunities.
  5. Ensuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery, in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
  6. Supporting our properties in all sales activities and projects.
  7. Coordinating with the Head Office sales team and other hotels’ sales teams.
