A leading logistics company in Milan seeks an Area Manager to oversee multiple international logistics warehouses. This is a full-time role offering a gross annual salary of €35,000-40,000 plus bonuses and benefits.

The Area Manager will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and optimizing several international logistics warehouses (Italy, UK, US, and possible new locations in the future) based in Italy. The main objective will be to ensure smooth operational performance, compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs), implementation of best management practices, and alignment with the company’s quality, safety, and service standards.
This role requires leadership, analytical vision, and management skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure productivity, and contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
