A leading medical technology company is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales adoption and improvements in the surgical market. The role includes engaging with teams, managing pricing strategies, and leveraging relationships with key stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in surgical fields, a Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical disciplines, and a strong skills set in negotiation and team leadership. The Area Sales Manager is driving incremental sales and improvement through the development and execution of a solid commercial plan aimed to drive the adoption of new technologies and implement category leadership.
In support of the clinical, marketing, and sales strategy the AM builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

Our target base salary range for this role is between € 54.300 and € 80.000 per year, complemented by a competitive bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package.
