Una società di ingegneria internazionale sta cercando un Aerospace Sales Manager per guidare lo sviluppo delle vendite nel settore ferroviario. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in ingegneria e da 5 a 10 anni di esperienza nelle vendite, con una comprovata esperienza nel settore aerospaziale. Le responsabilità includono la gestione delle relazioni con i clienti e lo sviluppo di strategie di vendita. Si offre un contratto CCNL Metalmeccanico, assicurazione sanitaria e un ambiente di lavoro stimolante.

Job Description

The Aerospace Sales Manager leads sales development within the rail sector, identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth through tailored solutions for rail operators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the clients, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
  • Generate opportunities with existing customers.
  • Lead client acquisition and manage high‑value accounts.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to align service offerings with client needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and commercial offers.
  • Develop and execute sales plans.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Select technical profiles to support the recruitment team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 in engineering consulting companies for the aerospace sector.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and business development.
  • Strong network within the aerospace industry (operators, infrastructure managers, OEMs).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
