We are looking for an Account Manager – Valve Automation Solutions to strengthen our Flow Control team in Milan, Italy. You will be responsible for the successful development and growth of business in Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue sales leads by visiting both existing and new customers.
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within authorized limits.
  • Finalize sales orders.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Identify researching and reaching out to potential customers, fostering positive relationships for future sales and repeatable business.
  • Provide valuable insights into sales leads, customer feedback and competitor activity to the organization to implement responsive market strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant similar qualifications.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years work experience in a commercial position within the Italian market for Actuators.
  • Broad product knowledge in the field of quarter‑turn Pneumatic Actuators and associated instrumentation as well as Electric Actuators.
  • Ability to adhere to established procedures and guidelines to be effective in product and service promotion and sales.
  • Capability to formulate clear action plans and drive processes with multiple interdependencies.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaborative mindset.
  • Teamwork proficiency and ability to work autonomously.
  • Skills in using MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Native Italian speaker with a minimum English proficiency of B1 level (both written and spoken).
