As an Account Manager, you will represent the long-lasting commercial point of contact for all your customers. You ensure customer satisfaction and help the company grow by upselling and renewing contracts with existing customers. You will communicate with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of small and large companies, revolutionizing the way their business operates!

The scope of Odoo's business is so vast that you'll never stop learning. With a bit of creativity, you'll find solutions to most of your clients' pain points. This scope will help you quickly master all aspects of entrepreneurship to advise clients as an expert.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop relationships and grow the contract: manage a portfolio of existing clients/partners in Italy;
  2. Be the clients' Odoo sales expert and main point of contact: analyze and understand your customers' needs in depth;
  3. Increase your customers' use of the solution by offering the right Odoo package: identify potential and encourage future sales (upselling, cross-selling);
  4. Demonstrate the product: new apps, features, and versions to end-users;
  5. Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions;
  6. Become an Odoo expert: acquire technical and functional knowledge.
MUST HAVE
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT or Sales;
  • Strong relational, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Genuine interest in software products;
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Consultant;
  • Solution-oriented mindset;
  • Strong organizational skills: managing around 150-200 clients.

Our sales department is divided into two parts: Direct sales and Indirect sales.

We are recruiting Account Managers for both departments.

  • In Direct Sales, we work directly with clients and Business Analysts implementing Odoo projects.
  • In Indirect Sales, we work with clients who choose to implement with an official Odoo partner.
