About the role:

This is a newly created role where you will be responsible of establishing successful relationships with clients, driving the growth of our AEG brand within your area of responsibility.

Location

Your area of responsibility will be Veneto, Friuli Venezia-Giulia, Trentino Alto-Adige, Emilia-Romagna.
Ideally you are based in Veneto.

What you’ll do:

  • Participate in negotiations to define commercial policies.
  • Build relationships with key retailers by conveying brand and commercial message.
  • Ensure that retailers are always informed and trained.
  • Create a network of architects in the respective area through contacts with retailers.
  • Organize training events.
  • Provide feedback proactively, understanding what each retailer/architect needs by cataloging requests to define new activities (by area-type-need).
  • Collecting and analyzing data on competiton and reporting.

Who you are:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role. A background within the Domestic Appliances industry and/or Kitchen Retail channel will be considered a great asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
