Since April 2021, Flexperto is part of the RGI Group, providing us with a strong partner to support our geographic expansion throughout Europe. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company (150% YoY growth). We are hiring an International Account Executive focused on Italy & France.
Responsibilities:
- Build an enterprise customer base with support from local partners and help drive regional revenue growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic accounts in Italy & France, establishing contacts with potential clients (board members, division managers).
- Qualify sales opportunities using Flexperto’s sales methodology; communicate with prospects to understand project scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with RGI Group companies, key partners, and Flexperto’s Account Executives to deliver joint value propositions to large international accounts.
- Support the organization of sales events such as roadshows, meetups, and conferences.
- Document sales activities in CRM (Salesforce) and forecast sales performance according to reporting standards.
- Coordinate closely with the head of partner management, head of business development, account management team, and CEO.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in software sales, preferably selling into enterprise accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent sales skills, including persuasiveness, perseverance, and active listening.
- Ability to travel 50%+ (2-3 days a week), including overnight stays.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to handle complex issues.
- Organizational talent, high motivation, commitment, and goal orientation.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Based in Milan or Paris.
- Native French and Italian speakers, fluent in English and/or German.
