Account Executive – Italy | High-Growth Cybersecurity Scale-Up

A fast-growing, venture-backed cybersecurity company is seeking a driven Account Executive to join its Italy-based team.

This company is on a mission to make cybersecurity effortless, delivering the world’s first natively automated, end-to-end XDR platform—backed by a 24/7 managed service. Built for lean security teams, it’s cybersecurity on autopilot: powerful, seamless, and stress-free.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Own the full sales cycle (new and upsell) for mid-market clients across the region.
  2. Drive pipeline generation independently while collaborating with SDRs, Marketing, Channel, and Engineering teams.
  3. Sell through partners (VARs, MSPs) and develop strong channel relationships.
  4. Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer pain points and position high-impact solutions.
  5. Hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with proven success in closing deals.
  • Cybersecurity sales experience is essential.
  • Experience working with or through channel partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quota and work autonomously.
  • Strong communication, discovery, and value-based selling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with high energy and ownership.
  • Based in Italy (Fluency in Italian and English)
