A leading English educational institution in Lissone is looking for an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator. The role involves preparing classes, monitoring student progress, and fostering meaningful relationships with students and families. Candidates should have an advanced level of English and a passion for teaching children. This position offers 13 hours of work per week until July 2026 in a young, stimulating environment, with training on specific teaching methods provided.

For our school in Lissone we are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team!

Boost your CV: add teaching experience to your skill set. We will train you in the use of our teaching method for children from 1 to 18 years old.

As our teacher you’ll learn to:

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a coordinator you’ll have to:

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

Requirements:

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
• Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Registered to the Centro per l'impiego
• Interest in working with children
• Planning and organisation skills
• A team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in!

We Offer:

• Fixed-term until the end of July 2026;
• 8 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacher (in total 13h per week);
• Young and stimulating work environment;
