Academic Coordinator/English Teacher Cernusco sul Naviglio – Kids&Us Language School Belux

Join our team at Kids&Us to help shape meaningful English educational experiences for children and teens. For our school in Cernusco sul Naviglio we are looking for an energetic and dedicated English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join us.

Your profile

• A positive attitude and an energetic “can do” approach to children’s learning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well organized with good time management skills.
• Flexibility with work hours and availability.

As Our Teacher You’ll Learn To

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and peers to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a Coordinator You’ll Have To

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method.
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.

Requirements

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Interest in working with children.
• Planning and organisation skills.
• A team player: if you’ve played on a team, you’ll fit right in.

We Offer

• Fixed-term until the end of December 2025.
• 8 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacher (total 13h per week).
• Young and stimulating work environment.
• Start in June 2025.
