Job summary

A manufacturing consulting firm is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Malang, East Java. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in medium/large manufacturing companies.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, raw material handling, inventory management, and logistics flow.
• Experienced in SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems is required.
• Familiar with automation and Lean warehouse concepts.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) for communication with expatriate teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis capabilities.
• Organized, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the warehouse manager in daily warehouse operations and KPI achievement.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse EHS standards for people, materials, and facilities.
• Oversee raw material, WIP, and finished goods flow to support smooth production.
• Manage inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and stock opname.
• Operate and update data in SAP / ERP / WMS / MES for inbound, outbound, and stock movement.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and logistics routes.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff; handle manpower planning and training needs.
• Monitor inbound/outbound processes, picking accuracy, and documentation completeness.
• Coordinate with production, planning, QC, and logistics for timely material availability.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities for safety, cost, and efficiency.
