About the role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this full‑time Vice President of Financial Controller role at PT Kamadjaja Logistics offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in the strategic financial leadership of this leading logistics company. Based in the company's Jakarta Selatan office, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial functions and ensuring robust financial processes and controls are in place.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team to support overall business objectives.
• Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensuring financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are effective and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Managing the company’s treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.
• Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision‑making.
• Leading and developing a team of finance professionals to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control principles.
