Job description

At least 3 years of experience in Vendor Management at Supervisor / Manager level
within Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, 3PL / 4PL industries

Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics operations and fleet management

Proven experience in strategic contract negotiation and cost efficiency initiatives

Solid knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and legal compliance

Experience managing large-scale vendors across multi-areas (regional/national)

Accustomed to handling high-value contracts and large operational volumes

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills

Ability to work under high pressure, tight targets, and in a dynamic environment

Possess a national vendor network (3PL / 4PL, FMCG, e-commerce logistics) is a plus

Job Description

Develop and implement national Vendor Management strategies

Manage all transportation vendors and third-party partners, including
trucking, shipping, fleet providers, workshops, fuel suppliers, insurance, etc.

Control transportation budgets, cost efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives

Lead vendor selection, evaluation, development, and termination processes

Establish and monitor vendor KPIs and SLAs comprehensively

Lead the Vendor Management team and collaborate cross-functionally with
Operations, Finance, Legal, and Procurement

Handle strategic issues, escalations, and vendor-related risks

Build and maintain long-term partnerships with strategic vendors

Prepare vendor performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
