Your role will be pivotal in crafting user-focused digital experiences that simplify transactions and enhance user satisfaction.

In this position, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to design intuitive and engaging interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will contribute to the end-to-end design process, from concept development and wireframing to prototyping and final execution, ensuring that our payment solutions are not only functional but also visually appealing.

What You Should Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including examples of user-centered designs and successful projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar applications.
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and implementing feedback to enhance designs.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices for mobile and web applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present your ideas clearly and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and the development process is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle varying project demands.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems will be an advantage.
• Strong UX copy chops—able to write clear, concise microcopy that guides users through flows with ease.
• Bilingual writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a nuanced understanding of local tone and cultural context
