About the role

As a Trade Marketing professional at The Harvest Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic marketing initiatives in the South Jakarta region. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful trade marketing campaigns.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive product sales in the local market.
  • Liaise with retail partners to plan and coordinate in‑store promotional activities, including product launches, displays, and merchandising.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Manage and optimise trade marketing budgets to ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align trade marketing objectives with the overall business strategy.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing initiatives, using data‑driven insights to continuously improve.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a trade marketing or retail marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, including category management, point‑of‑sale strategies, and channel marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Creativity and problem‑solving skills to develop innovative trade marketing solutions.
  • Familiarity with the South Jakarta market and a good understanding of local consumer behaviour.
