About the role

Test Lead

• Have insurance industry experience, understand how the business process on insurance.
• Have experience leading a team of multiple testing expertise (functional, performance, database migration) or a project manager that have same experience.
• Very good at writing and documentation, she/he will give daily updates to the project members, which also include regional parties.
• Have good understanding the objective doing the respective tests.
• Must be able to create a test strategy and plan and articulate that properly.
