Overview
Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 Teknik Mesin, Elektro, Alat Berat, atau bidang terkait. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Technical Trainer; Foreman; Technical Support, atau Service Engineer (lebih disukai yang berpengalaman menangani unit Volvo).
Responsibilities
Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan troubleshooting yang baik terhadap alat berat (major overhaul dan complex troubleshooting pada sistem hidrolik dan elektrikal alat berat).
- Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
- Terbiasa membuat materi training & mendelivery materi.
- Bersedia penempatan di Head Office Jakarta serta perjalanan dinas ke site atau lokasi customer.
- Memiliki sertifikasi TOT lebih disukai.
- Membuat dan menyusun silabus serta laporan terkait kegiatan yang telah dijalankan sesuai standar yang ditetapkan.
- Melakukan koordinasi terhadap proses dan progress pelatihan, pengembangan product dan modul dengan atasan atau divisi terkait.
- Mengelola lamaran yang mencakup pertanyaan-pertanyaan berikut:

Qualifications
- Education: D3 / S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Heavy Equipment, or related fields.
- Experience: minimum 3 years as Technical Trainer; Foreman; Technical Support, or Service Engineer, preferably with Volvo units.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills for heavy equipment (major overhaul and complex troubleshooting in hydraulic and electrical systems).
- Good communication; able to work independently or in a team.
- Experience in creating training materials and delivering content.
- Willingness to be based at Head Office Jakarta and travel to site or customer locations.
- TOT certification is a plus.
- Ability to create and maintain syllabi and reports according to established standards.
- Coordinate training processes and progress, product development, and modules with superiors or related divisions.
