The Restaurant Supervisor's at Toko Bakmi Kita is responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations, overseeing team performance, managing work schedules, ensuring compliance with procedures, resolving operational issues, and acting as a bridge between management and staff to achieve company targets, including managing resources, inventory daily or monthly, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, evaluate performance, provide feedback, resolve issues, and maintain morale within the Front Office (FOH) team.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed to standards, efficiently, and with high quality by the FOH team.
  • Develop work schedules, set priorities, and allocate resources within the FOH division.
  • Monitor inventory, ensure availability, and control the flow of incoming and outgoing goods (especially in the warehouse/store).
  • Identify ways to improve processes, streamline workflows, and reduce waste.
  • Prepare daily/periodic reports on sales, performance, and target achievement.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and staff, and handle customer complaints.
  • Work on daily, weekly and monthly reports based on the ESB system.
  • Manage front‑of‑house (FOH) staff, ensure smooth service, and monitor food/beverage quality.
