Job summary

A leading industry player in automotive parts is looking for a candidate to achieve sales targets and manage distributor networks in Indonesia. This role involves budgeting promotions and executing marketing activities. Candidates must have at least a diploma or bachelor's degree, along with 3 years of experience in the Automotive Spareparts industry. The position requires strong presentation skills and a willingness to travel across Indonesia. Advanced MS Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales targets.
• Budgeting promotions.
• Manage, foster, and evaluate distributors and their entire network.
• Foster distributor sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Carry out all marketing activities, including planning and implementing promotional and branding activities.
• Create a monthly report.
• Reporting and responsible directly to superior.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the Automotive Spareparts is required for this position.
