The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and between 3 to 7 years of experience in structural engineering. Responsibilities include coordinating with design and site teams, reviewing structural calculations, and ensuring compliance with local standards. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience in developer or main contractor environment preferred.
• SKK/SKA is an advantage (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Perform and review structural analysis and design for various projects.
• Prepare and check structural calculations for reinforced concrete & steel.
• Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, QS, and Construction teams.

Skills

Strong understanding of site execution and construction methods

Proficient in ETABS / SAP2000 / SAFE and AutoCAD

Able to work under tight deadlines

Education

Job Summary

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to deliver practical, safe, and-efficient structural designs and provide strong technical support during construction. This role requires a hands‑on mindset, fast decision‑making, and close coordination with design and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and review structural analysis and design for villas, residential, and commercial projects.
• Prepare and check structural calculations (reinforced concrete & steel).
• Ensure structural designs are buildable, efficient, and cost‑optimized.
• Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, QS, and Construction teams.
• Provide direct technical support to site teams.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Resolve structural issues promptly to support fast construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with SNI and applicable standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience in developer or main contractor environment preferred.
