Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with brand to develop business strategies to maintain and raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Report buying trends, market trends, customer needs and profit to brand management and principal
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standarts
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance according to brand's policies and procedures
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training or workshops
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
• Provide couching, counselling and conduct personnel assessment regularly

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): English, computary, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, Leadership And Managing.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as an Assistant/Store Manager in retail industry, especially in fashion/footwear/active lifestyle.
• Have an understanding about KPI's Metrics.
• Having experience dealing with mass product.
