Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Communication, Statistics, or a related field.
Maximum 7 years of experience in brand management and client account management (preferably in the cosmetics or manufacturing industry).
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Research Data Analysis tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
Experienced in planning and executing conferences, workshops, or exhibitions.
Strong interest and passion for the cosmetics industry.
Solid skills in data analysis and market research.
Proactive in exploring and extracting insights from market research data.
Strong schedule management, planning abilities, and capable of developing new content.
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Strong collaboration skills, especially with the Marketing and RNI (Research & Innovation) teams.
Analyze consumer trends, purchasing behavior, and support overall brand management to strengthen marketing strategies.
Identify target audiences and develop digital campaign strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
Manage annual marketing activities such as brand events, workshops, and exhibitions.
Utilize various marketing tools to monitor and evaluate brand performance.
Work closely with the Marketing and RNI (Research & Innovation) teams on proposal development, project collaboration, and marketing material creation.
Create creative, brand-aligned digital content for social media and company's online platforms.
