Job description

Riverside Golf Club is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Golf Operations (Porter) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our golf facilities and providing excellent service to our members and guests. As a Porter, you will assist with the handling of golf bags, equipment, and support the overall golf experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers with the storage and handling of golf bags and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, ensuring a memorable experience
• Reconciliations express card in running billing system
• Communicate effectively with golf operations staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Support golf operations staff with various tasks as needed

Requirements

• Female, age max. 27 years old
• Min. High school or equivalent
• Holding a Car license
• Familiar with operating computer
• Being able to speak English will be an advantage
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the golf or hospitality industry
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Physical stamina to lift and carry golf bags and equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of golf operations and etiquette is a plus
