Responsibilities

• Optimize Shipping cost and Cost Control
• Measure and Review Transporter Performance
• Cooperate with Transporter to speed up delivery and meet with Lead TimeMeasure
• Make PDA and FDA also other related documents
• Communicate with Harbour Master, Port Authorities, Pilot and CIQP for Ship’s related schedule
• Meeting all KPIS per requirement of principal
• Good understanding about PKKA and system application
• Manage crew change and spares coordination
• Assist and report to Operation Manager & Operation General Manager
• Other work assigned by management Etc

Requirements

• D3/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Shipping line, Supply Chain or other relevant fields
• Good English verbally as well as written, Communication and Negotiation skill
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently with initiative, self-organiser
• Flexibility to travel nationally and as required
• Minimum 2 years professional working experience in field of shipping line or excellent fresh graduates
• Good working knowledge of Ports (specially at Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, others) and immigration documentation
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem solving skills in a changing and dynamic environmentIndependent character and teamwork player
• Positive Attitude, process and result oriented, also ascrupulous person
• Can speak Fluent English (both speaking and writting)
