About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition partner, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring top‑tier tech and specialized talent. This is a strategic and hands‑on position for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, and can build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization. You will own full‑cycle recruitment for key roles, influence hiring decisions through data and insights, and ensure that every candidate has a world‑class experience throughout the hiring journey.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes for midsenior level and specialized roles across tech and non‑tech functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job briefs, and provide market insights
  • Source high‑quality candidates through strategic channels, including professional networks, platforms, communities, and targeted outreach
  • Drive structured screening, assessment, and interview processes to ensure strong role‑to‑candidate alignment
  • Manage stakeholder communication with clarity, consistency, and influence throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate talent pipelines and deliver regular hiring updates, analytics, and insights to leadership
  • Champion an excellent candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent strategy
What We’re Looking For
  • 3‑5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven success hiring for tech roles (e.g., engineering, product, data) and specialized/business roles
  • Strong ability to source and assess niche talent using advanced search strategies and networks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving hiring processes with minimal supervision
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical thinking and familiarity with hiring metrics
  • Willing to work fully onsite (WFO) in Jakarta
