Position: Content Creator

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.
• Research and stay updated on fashion industry trends and office culture to ensure content relevance and innovation.
• Design and implement specialized, entertaining video strategies targeting office workers, utilizing a soft selling approach to promote Momelca products subtly.
• Create all necessary copywriting for the content and provide visual direction.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure brand and content consistency.
• Contribute as direct talent model on taking content, representing the target demographic.
• Provide monthly reports to the BOD about overall content performance and video optimization metrics.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Experience in on-camera talent roles or media appearances is highly desirable.
• Familiar with video production and tools for post production such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Inshot, etc.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to various roles and tasks.
